CHRA averages one workshop or presentation each month. These workshops, available upon request, promote fair housing and equal housing opportunity by informing low income households about their rights under the Fair Housing Act and by helping potential homebuyers prepare for homeownership. The target populations are low- income households, minority households, Head Start parents and persons with disabilities. CHRA’s executive director is also an instructor for clinics held during the annual Arizona Homeownership Fair.
